The free puzzle books

What do I get when I sign up?

Your choice of a free, large-print puzzle book you can print at home: 50 Large-Print Sudoku or 50 Large-Print Word Searches. Each one holds fifty puzzles, one to a page, with a complete answer key in the back.

How much does it cost?

Nothing at all. The books are free, and so is the weekly puzzle email. We will never ask you for a credit card.

Are the puzzles really large print?

Yes. Every puzzle is set in big, bold type with roomy grids and plenty of space to write, so there is no squinting and no eye strain.

Do the books include the answers?

They do. The complete answer key waits at the back of every book, and nobody is checking whether you peek.

How hard are the puzzles?

They begin gently and grow more challenging as you go, so there is something comfortable for a newcomer and something satisfying for a seasoned solver. Take them in order, or skip straight to your favorite kind.

Can I get both books?

Absolutely. Sign up for one, and on the very next page we will offer you the other, also free.

Getting and printing your puzzles

How do I receive my book?

As soon as you enter your email address, your book appears on a download page. We also send a copy to your inbox, so you will always have it.

I did not get the email. What should I do?

First, please check your spam or junk folder, since a new sender sometimes lands there. Adding our address to your contacts helps future puzzles reach you. If it still has not arrived after a few minutes, contact us and we will send it straight over.

Do I need a special app or an account?

No. There is nothing to install and no password to remember. Just your email address, and you are set.

How do I print the puzzles?

Open the file and choose Print, exactly as you would with a letter or a photo. The pages are made for standard letter-size paper, so any home printer will do.

What is a PDF?

It is simply a document that looks the same on every device and prints cleanly. When you open your book, that is the file you are looking at. You never need to know more than how to open it and how to print it.

I do not have a printer. Can I still enjoy the puzzles?

Yes. You can solve them right on a computer or tablet, where the large print is easy to read, or print them at a local library or with a hand from a family member.
