Playing online
Do I have to sign up to play?
No. Open the puzzle and begin. There’s nothing to install, no password, and we don’t need your email address.
Is playing online the same as printing?
They’re the same puzzles, and one isn’t a lesser version of the other.
Downloading and printing your puzzles
I didn’t get the email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder, since a new sender sometimes lands there. Adding our address to your contacts helps future puzzles reach you. If it still hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, contact us.
Do I need a special app or an account?
There’s nothing to install, ever, and no password to remember. For the puzzle pack and the Sunday email we only ask for your email address.
How do I print the puzzles?
Open the file and choose Print, exactly as you would with a letter or a photo. The pages are made for standard letter-size paper, so any home printer will do.
What’s a PDF?
It’s simply a document that looks the same on every device and prints cleanly.
I don’t have a printer. Can I still enjoy the puzzles?
Easily. Play them online on a phone, tablet or computer.
Every Sunday
What arrives each Sunday?
Seven new large-print puzzles: word searches, sudoku and a Sunday 7, always in big, comfortable type. Play them online or print them.
How often will you email me?
Once a week, on Sunday. We won’t crowd your inbox, and we’ll never sell or share your address.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You may leave anytime.
The Puzzle Club
What is the Puzzle Club?
It’s our paid membership. There’s more about it on the Puzzle Club page.
How much is it?
$30 a year, which is about $2.50 a month. It renews automatically each year, we email you before it does, and you can cancel in one click from your account page.
What if I change my mind?
Write to us within 30 days of joining, or within 30 days of a renewal, and we’ll refund that payment in full.
Do I need a password for the Club?
No. You sign in once and stay signed in for a year. If you ever need to sign in again, we email you a link to tap — there’s nothing to remember.
